Using the Virtual Document Xchange
1. Electronic Requests
Electronic requesting is the preferred method of requesting items from the Distance Education service.

User Guide and Online Tutorial
The Online User Guide [pdf] are available to assist Distance Education students.
There is also an Undergraduate VDX Online Tutorial and a Postgraduate VDX Online Tutorial.
The VDX Online Tutorial is a Flash file and requires Macromedia Flash usually available on your PC. Macromedia Flash is also available from Macromedia.

- Requests may be faxed on (02)9850 7590, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Include a completed Distance Education Fax Request Form to make your requests by fax.
If you would like to receive your material by fax please provide us with your fax number with each request and stipulate at what times your fax is operational (ie 24 hours or business hours only). We will fax articles of 30 pages or less.

- Please fill in all details. Do not use abbreviations.
