Library Rules and Conditions of Use
The facilities of the Library are primarily for the use of staff and students of Macquarie University. Borrowing privileges are also extended to certain categories of outside users designated Associate Borrowers or Reciprocal Borrowers. Other members of the public, while not permitted to borrow, may use the Library for reference provided they also observe Library rules and conditions of use where relevant. Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their behaviour and for ensuring that they do not disturb other people.
The authority vested in the University Librarian by these rules and conditions of use may be exercised by any member of the Library staff.
