Document Supply: Turnaround Time
Journal articles often arrive very quickly, so check your e-mail regularly to ensure you do not miss your articles. Generally they arrive within 5 working days.
Books will generally arrive within 10 working days.
Requests which are complex, requests which need to be obtained from overseas, can take much longer.
Urgent Requests
There are two urgent request services available from the Library's Document Supply service. These do have additional changes.
The Rush service is $12.00 if paid through a departmental account or $13.20 (GST) if paid by personal payment for a 24 hour turnaround time from other Australian libraries.
The Express service is $24.00 if paid through a departmental account, or $26.40 (GST) if paid by personal paymentor a 2 hour turnaround time from other Australian libraries.
