Document Supply: Information for Other Libraries
Macquarie University Library will supply loans and photocopies of material to Australian and overseas libraries in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 and its amendments. Charges are in line with the Australian Interlibrary Loan Resource-Sharing Code
Australian Libraries
Fax, email or phone requests are not accepted. All requests are to be placed either through Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD) or through our local VDX (Virtual Document Xchange) system. The VDX system's licence restricts its use to any library that is an Australian academic library and also a non - Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD) member.
Charges are in line with the Australian Interlibrary Resource - Sharing Code
Payment via the Libraries Australia payment system is preferred. Payment by ALIA vouchers, cheque, credit card or EFT is accepted.
Overseas Libraries
Fax, email or phone requests are not accepted. All requests are to be placed through our local VDX (Virtual Document Xchange) system.
Charges are:
Loans: $A20.00 or 2 full IFLA vouchers or 8 international postal reply coupons. The price includes airmail delivery.
Copies: $A10.00 or 1 full IFLA voucher or 4 international postal reply coupons. The price includes delivery by Ariel, fax or airmail.
Payment may be made with ALIA vouchers, IFLA vouchers, International Postal Coupons or cheque.
