Document Supply: Collecting and Returning Copies and Loans


Copies of articles and chapters from books will be delivered electronically to your desk top.

Loans can be collected from the Resource Collection Point, level 2 in the Library.

Any special conditions stipulated by the supplying library, for example, that the book should be used within Macquarie University Library, must be strictly observed.

Period of Loan

Copies of articles and chapters from books can be kept

Books and other items are availabe for loan for a period of 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the policy of the supplying Library.

Loans must be returned by the date specified.

Please Note: It is extremely important that you return the book with the dust jacket intact, the dust jacket contains a unique barcode and is essential to ensure that your borrowing record is accurate.

To renew a loan please contact Document Supply staff

Returning Loans

Please ensure that all books are returned through the Library's return chutes.
