Loan Periods & Borrowing Conditions
Loan periods and the number of books you may borrow will differ, depending on borrower type. Reservations and renewals are available to Macquarie staff and students only.
A reduced minimum loan period of two weeks applies to all items that have been recalled. Please see the notification for the revised due date for recalled items.
Borrowers are responsible for books as long as there is a current loan recorded in their name. Return books through the chutes so that loans may be cleared.
Please note that there are limitations to access and/or borrowing for
some categories of borrowers.
Special conditions apply for Reserve or
7 Day Loan and in some of the Library's closed access collections (eg
Rare Book Collection, Brunner Collection). Library staff can advise on
eligibility.
